Creating a thriving classroom and school culture starts with well-designed systems and routines that promote consistency, inclusivity, and growth. In this session, educators and school leaders will explore practical strategies to establish and refine systems that drive positive academic, spiritual, social, and emotional outcomes for students. Participants will develop routines that align with their school’s vision, enhance classroom management, and foster a sense of belonging for all learners.
Hannah Hensel is a founding leader with Britestar Christian Virtual Education and Microschools, Inc., a pioneering organization providing innovative virtual Christian education solutions for schools and families. Since launching Britestar in 2021, she has led the organization to become a leader in addressing teacher shortages and expanding access to quality online instruction. Hensel holds a Master’s in High Performance Instruction from Wisconsin Lutheran College. After beginning her career in the HOPE Christian Schools network in Milwaukee, WI, she spent seven years as a Director with the Center for Urban Teaching, where she played a vital role in developing and mentoring aspiring educators and leaders. Hensel’s passion for educational leadership and faith-based instruction continues to drive Britestar’s growth and impact. Hannah is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, embracing both family life and her mission to shape the future of Christian education.
