Building High-Performing Teams Rooted in Christian Mission
Learning Outcome: I can contribute to a positive team dynamic on my faculty so that we can move the needle forward for student learning.
High-quality teams are the backbone of our ministry. We all want to be part of inspiring, mission-focused teams, but too often, they fall short of their full God-given potential. Here is the good news: great teams do not just exist, they are built. In this session, we’ll collaboratively explore the intentional practices that create and sustain high-performing, inspiring teams to serve students and families. You’ll leave with specific strategies to build cohesion, strengthen group dynamics, and foster collaboration—creating the kind of teams people need.
