Cultural representation is vital for the social development of little children as they grow into members of schools, congregations, neighborhoods, and communities. In this session, we will discuss the importance of cultural representation along with how to create a responsive environment within your early childhood classroom.
Erin Dooley teaches K4 at St. Marcus in Milwaukee, WI. While this is her fourth year of service at St. Marcus, Erin spent the 2020-2021 school year at the MLC ECLC as the lead infant teacher. She returned to Milwaukee when she got married this past summer.
