Schools that are participating in the Commission on Lutheran Schools Supplemental Contribution Program for 2018-19 school year will receive a code for $50 off of each registration.  A discount code was provided to the Principal or ECM Director of each contributing school. Contact the Commission on Lutheran Schools at if you have questions on your school’s contribution status or becoming a contributing school.

Yes clock hour certificates will be available.

Stay at the Kalahai and enjoy the convenience of staying on-site for all of the EdTechLead action. Not to mention your chance to experience Wisconsin’s largest indoor water park! A block of rooms is reserved at the Kalahari Resort for a discounted rate on a standard room of $159 plus tax.

Water park admission is included in your room reservation for up to 4 registered guests.

Yes, any special needs should be listed on your registration form so we can make the necessary arrangements.

If you need an accessible guest room, please advise the hotel directly when you make your reservation.

Casual dress is acceptable considering the summer season and resort atmosphere.

Yes, full-time students from Martin Luther College, Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, Wisconsin Lutheran College, and Bethany Lutheran College receive a 25% off discount all Summit registration fees. Please e-mail to request your coupon code. A current student ID must be shown at Summit check-in to verify your full-time student status.

Yes, we do plan to have official photographs taken for our records and for use in WELS publications. By registering for this conference, you grant us permission to use any video footage or photographs in which you may appear.

Refunds that are requested in writing before May 31 are subject to a $50 non-refundable charge. No refunds can be made after May 31.

We are not offering any events for families/spouse of attendees at the WELS Education, Technology, and Leadership Summit. Spouses aren’t included in any EdTechLead events, including the Tuesday evening social event, unless they are also registered for the conference.

The Kalahari Resort is favorable for families to tag along and enjoy, however. The conference schedule was left open Wednesday evening (June 26), allowing for potential family time or self-organized meet up time for attendees.

The Kalahari Resort is family friendly with plenty of activities to do. Child care however, will not be provided, and children should be supervised at all times. Please refer to the Kalahari website for additional information.

Any acts of religious fellowship such as devotions and prayers will be conducted by WELS leaders.
