Schools that are participating in the Commission on Lutheran Schools Supplemental Contribution Program for 2021-22 school year will receive a code for $50 off of each registration.  A discount code will be provided to the Principal or ECM Director of each contributing school. Contact the Commission on Lutheran Schools at [email protected] if you have questions on your school’s contribution status or becoming a contributing school.

Yes clock hour certificates will be available. They will be distributed via email within two weeks of the conference.

The Ingleside Hotel is located at 2810 Golf Road, Pewaukee, WI 53072 (Google Maps).

Stay at the Ingleside Hotel and enjoy the convenience of staying on-site for all of the WELS Education Conference action. A block of rooms is reserved at the Ingleside for a discounted nightly rate on a standard room of $129 plus tax. Guests who would like to upgrade to an executive room ($169) or suite ($209) should call the hotel to place their reservation. A limited number of suites are available.

Water park admission is not included in your room reservation. It may be purchased separately at check in. Cost is an additional $30 per room per night. Water Park rate includes access to the Springs Water Park beginning at 2 pm on the day of check in until close of day on day of check out.

Yes, any special needs should be listed on your registration form so we can make the necessary arrangements.

If you need an accessible guest room, please advise the hotel directly when you make your reservation.

Casual dress is acceptable considering the summer season and resort atmosphere.

Yes, we do plan to have official photographs taken for our records and for use in WELS publications. By registering for this conference, you grant us permission to use any video footage or photographs in which you may appear.

Refunds that are requested in writing before May 31 are subject to a $50 non-refundable charge. No refunds can be made after May 31.

We are not offering specific events for families/spouse of attendees at the WELS Education Conference. You must be registered for the conference to participate in the Monday evening social event, all meals, and conference sectionals.
Guests are allowed to attend general worship sessions, however seating is limited.

The conference schedule was left open Tuesday evening (June 21), allowing for potential family time or self-organized meet up time for attendees. There will be a fire pit and yard games available at the outdoor pavilion.

The Ingleside Hotel is favorable for families to tag along and enjoy the waterpark or other local attractions. Waterpark passes are $30 per room/ per night.

Child care will not be provided, and children should be supervised at all times.  The Ingleside Hotel is family friendly with a waterpark onsite and many area attractions available.

Any acts of religious fellowship such as devotions and prayers will be conducted by WELS leaders.
