In this session, early childhood teachers and administrators will learn how to effectively work with the Board of Education and other governing authorities as partners in the same ministry. Participants will discuss the roles of the Early Childhood administrator and the Board of Education, view different models of administrative structures in the Early Childhood Ministry, and extend one’s personal repertoire of communication skills and strategies for building and maintaining a relationship with the Board of Education.
