Impacting New Teacher Growth with Instructional Coaching

Preparing for another school year can often be a time for school leaders to help support a new teacher joining their staff. Ongoing observation, feedback, and instructional coaching creates a system for continuous learning and growth for all teachers, but what if school leaders could maximize that learning for the new teacher’s growth in their first few years in the field? This presentation will help leaders to influence the new teacher’s ability to reflect on instruction and apply their learning with confidence as they begin in ministry.
