Creating Successful Teacher Feedback Systems

This presentation will give school leaders practice in learning to recognize the feedback that teachers are asking for and discuss the types of coaching to use in walkthroughs and formal observations. Principals can use their knowledge to create an individualized approach to supporting teachers’ Ministry Development Plans, set school-wide instructional goals, and even get all staff involved in providing peer feedback to strengthen classroom instruction within their schools. This understanding will help instructional leaders design effective feedback systems that encourage, empower, and evaluate all staff.
